Functional Description:
1). For Hourly Parkers.He drives to the entry and self-service takes a ticket card(Mifare1/EM/paper ticket) from unattended Entry Station,after that the Entry Barrier automatically opens and he enters;
When he leaves, he drives to the Manual-pay-station which is located at the exit, and gives the ticket to the guard, the guard scan the ticket card by a barcode scanner/card reader,finally he pay cash and then the guard open the barrier gate and he leaves.
2). For Permanent Registered Parkers.He drives to the entry, the active tags will be actived and the long range reader will read the ID of the tags.If the tag was registered and within a validity period, the Entry Barrier will automatically open and he enters; If the tag didn't registered or without in a validity period, the Entry Barrier will not open and the system will remind the parkers "Invalid Card". The same will happen at exit.
